Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are buying from

The Badass Business Summit ("the Summit," "we," "us") is produced by Success Champions Networking. Buying a ticket forms an agreement between you and the organizer on these terms. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

NEEDS CONFIRMATION: the registered legal entity name and address that sells the ticket should replace this paragraph before launch — a trading name alone is weaker if a term is ever disputed.

2. All sales are final

Tickets are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, your inability to attend for any reason: illness, injury, travel disruption, weather, work or family obligations, visa or immigration problems, or a change of mind.

We do not offer partial refunds for arriving late, leaving early, or attending only part of the program. We do not offer refunds if a particular speaker does not appear.

Prices change over time. If the price drops after you buy, you are not owed the difference; if it rises, your existing ticket is unaffected.

3. Transfers and substitutions

You may transfer your ticket to another person until September 9, 2026 by emailing support@successchampionnetworking.com with the new attendee's full name and email. There is no transfer fee. After that date, badges and catering are locked and transfers cannot be processed.

NEEDS CONFIRMATION: September 9 is one week out and matches when badges are ordered. Change it here if the printer needs a different date.

Tickets may not be resold above face value, auctioned, or used as a prize or promotional giveaway without our written permission.

4. The program can change

Speakers, sessions, topics, timings, room assignments and social activities are subject to change without notice. We publish an agenda in good faith, but we substitute or reschedule when we have to.

No individual speaker, sponsor or attendee is guaranteed to appear. Ticket tiers describe access to the event, not to any named person.

5. If the event is cancelled or moved

If we cancel the Summit outright and do not reschedule it, your remedy is a credit for a future Badass Business Summit, or a refund of the ticket price at our discretion.

If we postpone or relocate the Summit, your ticket carries over to the new date or venue. A postponement is not a cancellation and does not trigger a refund.

We are not liable for your travel, lodging, or any other cost you incur, in any circumstance, including cancellation or postponement. Book refundable travel if that risk matters to you.

We are not responsible for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, power or network failure, venue closure, strike, epidemic or public health order, act of terrorism, war, or government action.

6. Photography, film and recording

The Summit is photographed and filmed throughout. By entering, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to record your image, likeness and voice and to use that footage in any medium, including marketing, without further permission, notice or payment.

If you do not want to appear in footage, tell the registration desk on arrival and we will do what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee you will not appear in wide shots of the room.

You may take photos and short clips for your own social media. You may not livestream, film or audio-record full sessions, and you may not sell or redistribute recordings of the program.

7. Conduct and admission

We can refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, harassing, threatening, or otherwise damaging the experience of the room — at our sole discretion and without a refund.

Badges are personal. Sharing a badge so that two people use one ticket voids both, without refund.

The Summit includes evening social activities where alcohol is served. Drink responsibly, arrange your own transport, and do not serve or supply alcohol to anyone under 21.

Attendees must be 18 or older.

8. Your own risk

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, safety and belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Summit is limited to the amount you actually paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunity.

9. Content is not professional advice

Sessions, workshops and conversations at the Summit are for general education. Nothing said on our stages is legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or other professional advice, and no speaker-attendee professional relationship is created by attending. Get your own advisors before acting on anything you hear.

Speakers express their own views. We do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for claims made by speakers, sponsors or other attendees, or for any deal you do with someone you meet in the room.

10. Sponsors and your information

Sponsors exhibit at the Summit and may scan your badge or collect your details if you choose to engage with them. What a sponsor does with information you give them directly is governed by that sponsor's own policy, not ours.

We use the contact details you provide to run the event and to tell you about our future events. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

11. Payment and chargebacks

Ticket prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes or bank or currency fees your payment provider applies.

Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback rather than contacting us first is a breach of these terms. We will contest chargebacks with a copy of this policy and your purchase record, and we may cancel the ticket and refuse future admission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you bought your ticket. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
